The article was written by David Hobbs, former curator
of the RNAS Yeovilton It is titled 'Blackburn Buccaneer - Britain's Last Indigenous Strike Aircraft'. Part 1 ( February ) describes its origins and covers its entry into RN service. Part 2 ( March ) begins with the S.2, its entry into service with the RAF and brings the story up to date with Mike Beachyhead's Buccaneers in Cape Town. Part 2 also includes a detailed cutaway drawing of the Buccaneer S.2B by Mike Badrocke and a section on 'Flying the Buccaneer' by Tom Eeles.
